1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WellBeing360, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WellBeing360 provides AI-powered symptom awareness tools, mental health support chat, mood tracking, and wellness dashboards. WellBeing360 is NOT a medical service, healthcare provider, or licensed mental health service.

3. Medical Disclaimer — Please Read

•WellBeing360 does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
•The AI symptom checker is for awareness only — it cannot diagnose any condition
•The mental health chat is for general emotional support only — not therapy
•ALWAYS consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns
•NEVER delay seeking medical attention based on this app
•In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately
•In a mental health crisis, call or text 988
•Using WellBeing360 does NOT create a doctor-patient relationship

4. Eligibility

•You must be at least 18 years old
•You must provide accurate account information
•You may only create one account per person

5. Subscription Plans

Free: 3 health checks + 5 chats/month. Plus ($4.99/month): unlimited everything. Family ($9.99/month): up to 5 members.

6. Billing and Cancellation

•Subscriptions billed monthly
•Cancel anytime — takes effect end of billing period
•No refunds for partial months
•Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use WellBeing360 to substitute for emergency medical care, create multiple accounts to bypass limits, attempt to hack or reverse engineer our systems, or violate any applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

•WellBeing360 provided "as is" without warranties
•We are not liable for medical decisions based on our AI
•Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in past 12 months

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
